Hi Friend,
What a joy to open up a new bullet journal set some new goals, and welcome in the New Year! I love the idea of a fresh start. I always see a new year as an opportunity for new adventures... and I love adventures. In fact, this month I'm embarking on quite the writing adventure. I'll be spending three weeks slowly making my way down Florida to a gig in Key West. Every two to three days I'll be stopping in a new town, finding a story, and writing a song. Want to follow along? Songwriting Corner: I'll be assisting Mary Gauthier in an upcoming Zoom songwriter workshop (February/March). Enroll here.
Tour Corner: With the rise of COVID cases, our January touring schedule is a little uncertain right now. We are scheduled to perform at the 30A Songwriters Festival in Seaside, FL along with Emmylou Harris and Mavis Staples (two of my ultra favorite artists OMG).
Personal Corner: I found this Vonnegut documentary super inspiring. I'm working out with a comedian (on Zoom) now and I love it. My friend BettySoo got me a Cameo from Theo from Love on the Spectrum and I'm still losing my mind over it.
