I'm excited to share that I'm back in the studio down in Texas this week making my second full-length album. Working with Mark Hallman and Andre Moran has been so encouraging. They are helping these songs find their way into belonging to each other and it's beautiful to witness. I want to bring every single one of you into the studio with me. I know I (sadly) can not make that happen, but I do have the next best thing. Previously only available on Patreon, this is a song I wrote in the middle of a very dark period of grief, self-destruction, and depression. I'm fortunate to have the resources at this stage in my life to be able to afford therapy AND have a flexible schedule that allows me to attend recovery meetings pretty much whenever I want. But, it took a lot of help from a lot of folks (emotionally and financially) to get to this place and to, frankly, stay ALIVE on this earth.
So, I'm donating all of my Bandcamp sales today to The SIMS Foundation!
