June 2019 Newsletter | Summer Of Folk

Hello Friends,

Greetings from the passenger seat! We're rolling down a Texas highway after spending four magical nights at the Kerrville Folk Festival. My hair still smells like campfire from Crow's Nest and I couldn't possibly be happier about it.

I'm so grateful for all of the opportunities May gave me to slow down. I spent two days riding roller coasters, one day in the sun with new friends from Norway, several nights under the stars with my folk friends, and a whole week writing songs at the SOLO festival in Lafayette, LA. Having some time to slow down and write has set my brain into thinking about the next record. I'm not yet sure which road I'll be traveling, but the wheels are spinning!

Thank you to all of the kind folks in Dallas, Spring Green, East Lansing, Ann Arbor, Atlanta, Kerrville, and Houston for coming out to hear us in your cities! We sure loved playing for you and hope to see you again sooner than later!

I hope things are great wherever you are this month! You can always reply to this e-mail to let me know how things are going in your world. I love hearing from you guys.

Love,
Jaimee
